I don't usually post my spiritual art to my DA which is why it has been so dreadfully sparse lately. (eep)

But I'm really proud of this one so I figured i'd post it. It's helped me work through a lot of tough stuff going on with me right now. For the grass/moss, I used a long-distant pic from Corbis of a field, and clone-brushed it plus burn/dodge.

I used a bit of a photo-ref for her but I altered it significantly in emotion and facial structure. Also a pic from corbis (a couple pages in under search-string "profile" as of this posting)

As you can see I have improved much, I just don't post a lot anymore.

I don't want to clarify the prayer in the back there because it's very personal so...
